Responsibilities:

• Distributing food and maintaining the dining area in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations.
• Ensuring that the dining area is maintained in a clean, safe and sanitary manner.
• Assist with the meal preparation with salads, desserts, and portioning of food items for residents.
• Places food and food items appropriately on plates to be appealing to residents
• Must follow regulations for proper food handling, safety and sanitation while preparing, serving and during the cleanup of meal service.

NOW HIRING:

Dietary Aides: Full time/Part time

6a-2p, 7a-3p, 4p-7:30p

Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Must work well with others
• Able to read tickets and assemble meals accordingly
• LTC/SNF experience preferred
