• Assist in preparing and serving meals to residents according to their dietary plans and preferences.
• Ensure that meals are prepared and served in a clean, safe, and timely manner.
• Set up dining areas and help residents with meal choices.
• Assist with dishwashing, cleaning, and maintaining a sanitary kitchen and dining area.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure resident safety.
• Work closely with the dietary team to ensure residents receive quality meals and service.

• Previous experience as a Dietary Aide or in food service is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Friendly and compassionate demeanor, with a commitment to resident care.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to food safety standards.
