Dietary Aide - Greenwood Center for Nursing and Rehab

Greenwood Center for Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Dietary Aide to join our skilled nursing home facility in Tamaqua, PA

The Dietary Aide works alongside other medical professionals to provide food service functions as directed/instructed and in accordance with established food services policies and procedures.

Shifts Available: Full and Part Time

Responsibilities:

• Obtain and record food and equipment temperatures 
• Clean departmental equipment using proper sanitation measures
• Clean food storage and preperation areas
• Assist cooks in preparing meals and trays for resident dining
• Retrieve and return tray carts to the nursing units
• Using a dishwasher, process all dishware to ensure proper sanitation
• Prepare dining room for resident dining experience 

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited high school or GED preferred.
• Must be over 16 to apply
