Join Woodside Senior Communities as our Dietary Housekeeper! Our successful candidate will join a well established team and will work independently to ensure the ongoing cleanliness of the kitchen, dining rooms and equipment in our five-star organization. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Follows master cleaning schedule to keep all equipment clean and sanitized in areas, including the kitchen, break rooms, and dining rooms
- Keeps chemicals filled in all areas of the kitchen, dining rooms, and break rooms
- Stocks supplies in the break rooms and dining rooms
- Power sprays all equipment as needed
- Cleans and refills the juice machines in all nursing lounges
- Cleans and sanitizes all beverage servers (coffee, hot cocoa, and juice)
- Notifies Dietary Manager of any needed repair work
- Supports the Mission, Vision, and values of Woodside Senior Communities
- Is knowledgeable of resident rights and ensures an atmosphere which allows for the privacy, dignity, and well-being of all residents/tenants in a safe, secure environment
- Observes care in ensuring the confidentiality of all data, including resident, employee, and operations data as required by HIPAA/HITECH regulations
- Abides by all applicable statutes and regulations through compliance with the Woodside Corporate Compliance and Ethics Program
- Completes requirements for in-service training
- Completes other tasks and duties as assigned
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
General cleaning experience, preferably in food service required. General knowledge of cleaning chemicals, ability to use power sprayer, the capability to take apart and reassemble equipment strongly desired. Must be able to work independently and set/maintain own work schedule.
