Dietary Manager to oversee our food service operations and ensure our residents receive delicious, nutritious meals tailored to their individual needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in nutrition, or related field
• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification or willingness to obtain certification within six months of hire.
• Current ServSafe Food Protection Manager certification (or equivalent) or willingness to obtain certification.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a dietary management role, preferably in a long-term care or healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with specialized diets, such as diabetic, low-sodium, and texture-modified diets.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a food service operation, including menu planning, food procurement, and staff supervision.

Knowledge and Compliance:

• Thorough understanding of federal, state, and local regulations governing food service operations in long-term care facilities.
• Knowledge of nutrition principles and dietary guidelines for the elderly population.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and infection control.
