As a Dietary Manager you will be responsiblefor assisting and supporting dietary staff within established company policies and stateand federal regulations. You will also be responsible for budgeting, planningand accounting. Assist in hiring and training dietary personnel. Coordinatedietary services with the interdisciplinary care team.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have Dietary Managerial experience
- Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA regulations and state/federal guidelines.
- Experience in meal planning, budgeting and dietary operations with frequent resident admissions/ discharges.
- Prefer experience in quantity food production in a health care setting.
