What you’ll be doing

• Order and maintain kitchen inventory
• Cook and serve a variety of foods in large quantities
• Maintain and monitor special dietary needs
• Follow state set guidelines
• Check temperatures
• Cooking/Meal Prep/Dietary Support

Job Requirements

• Dietary experience 1+ years preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
• Valid State of Michigan driver’s license preferred
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass background checks as applicable
• Ability to become certified in CPR/First Aid
• Ability to complete Safe Serve certificate

Experience

• 1 year(s): Large scale dietary knowledge preferred

Education

• High School Diploma Equivalency or better

Licenses & Certifications

• - Driver's License
