NOW HIRING: Dietary Services Manager

Responsibilities Dietary Services Manager:

• Manage and supervise dietary staff, ensuring high standards of food safety and sanitation.

   

• Develop and implement menus that meet residents' dietary needs and preferences.

   

• Monitor nutritional assessments and collaborate with healthcare staff to provide personalized dietary care.

   

• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding dietary services.

   

• Manage inventory, ordering, and budgeting for dietary supplies.

Qualifications Dietary Services Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field preferred.

   

• Previous experience in dietary services management, preferably in a long-term care setting.

   

• Strong knowledge of nutrition and food service regulations.

   

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
