Dietitian-MCM (salary position) - Metz Culinary Management

Metz Culinary Management is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Clinical Dietitian to join our team at Milford Regional Medical Center, a 149-bed acute care hospital. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centered nutrition care and education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver evidence-based nutrition care.
• Participate in patient rounds, assess nutritional needs, and develop personalized nutrition care plans.
• Manage enteral and parenteral nutrition support as needed.
• Provide nutrition education to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and interdisciplinary meetings.

Qualifications:

• Registered Dietitian (RD) credential required; must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Massachusetts.
• Experience in clinical nutrition, preferably in an inpatient setting.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage a diverse caseload in a dynamic environment.

Schedule:

• Full-time position, Monday-Friday
• Rotating Saturday coverage and on-call Sunday support as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• BS Degree in Food Service Management, Nutrition, or Dietetics
• Registered Dietitian
• Licensed RD
• Experience in a Contract Dining facility setting preferred
• Electronic Medical Records
• Nutrition Education
