CUMULUS | Chicago, IL currently features 3 stations in the Chicago area. Our stations include: 101.1 WKQX, 94.7 WLS FM and 890 WLS AM. In addition to our three stations, you have access to sell all of our digital assets which have proven to be well above the industry standards in performance. Through our Beyond Home Market program, you will also have access to sell all 400+ Cumulus stations across the country as well as the Westwood One Radio Network.
Position Overview:
Cumulus Media | Chicago is looking for an organized, proactive individual with a strong ability to adapt to the ever-changing digital environment and execute strategic digital marketing campaigns across Websites, Social, E-Mail, Digital Audio and Mobile platforms via programmatic and owned and operated properties. The ideal Digital Account Manager will be directly responsible for executing best-in-class digital marketing campaigns behind the scenes and supporting our team of Account Executives to understand the results.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:Key Responsibilities: Works closely with the internal and external teams that include the Digital Sales Manager, Account Executives and Operational teams and external teams that include local to national digital clients to deliver the full view of the client relationship and management of all post-sale tasks, needs and opportunities.
Responsibilities including, but not limited to:
- Internal/External kick off calls, campaign set up and management with digital operations teams, reporting, client relationship management, graphic design/build and creative oversight.
- Analyzes client budgets, partner invoices and deliverables with a high level of attention to detail.
- Manages and executes owned tasks; including setup/trafficking, monitoring
performance/delivery, reporting/analytics, billing/budgeting, strategic planning, etc.
- Facilitates campaign optimization assistance alongside internal digital vendors.
- Owns client relationships, including maintaining internal timelines and workflows, communicating campaign optimizations to clients, managing expectations with frequent, proactive, delivery of information
- Collaborate with relevant cross-functional teams to achieve client goals, raise awareness around high-risk campaigns and/or high-profile clients, up-sells opportunities leveraging historical data and insights
- Identify new opportunities for revenue growth
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Digital account responsibilities
- Position requires a self-starter with a desire to take their passion for design and knowledge of emerging digital trends and apply it to serve the needs of our radio station brands clients.
