In this role, you'll be at the forefront of managing our digital accounts, providing top-notch service and ensuring client satisfaction. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and help them leverage our digital marketing solutions effectively.
We're offering a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $110,000 based on your experience, along with attractive bonuses and growth opportunities!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account expansion and cross-selling of IT services and solutions
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful delivery of IT projects and services
- Performance Monitoring: Track account performance, analyze data, and prepare reports to present to clients and senior management
- Problem Solving: Address client issues and concerns promptly, providing solutions and recommendations to enhance service delivery
- Contract Management: Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company policies
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to clients
Requirements
- An understanding of IT services, outsourcing, large enterprise IT services sales
- Ideal person would have 4-7 years of experience working as an Account Manager in the IT Consulting and Services Industry
- Prior experience in a Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management role is required
- Demonstrable experience managing client relationships with large commercial/enterprise organizations
- Effectively manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- An outgoing personality with strong communication and presentation skills – both verbal and written
- Demonstrable ability to author high-quality professional communications
- Strong work ethic and a drive to deliver excellent work products/outputs
- Excellent “soft” (inter-personal) skills when working with both internal and external customers
- An organized team player who is resourceful and dependable with attention to detail
- A strong relationship-builder with influence and negotiation skills
- Comfortable initiating/conducting regular interaction with clients in person, over the phone, via email, and video calls
- Problem-solver who can view a situation from multiple angles, devise solutions, and execute on them
- Open to continual learning and improvement and takes a hands-on approach to their development
- Able to interface with contacts in different time zones across a global organization
- Able to be flexible, resilient, and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
