As the TEMP DAM Manager, you will have the responsibility of establishing and maintaining a Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform at Concord. You should be highly organized and detail oriented with familiarity in implementing and managing a DAM system, including an understanding of best practices and strategies. Your ability to work well with others will be beneficial when they work alongside multiple departments to adopt, train, support, represent and promote the system. You will play an integral role in our tight-knit team, which is based in both Los Angeles and Nashville. Works under general direction of the Studio Director, IT and VP, Design.
Responsibilities:What you'll do:
- Lead the implementation and onboarding of the DAM.
- Serve as the primary liaison with the DAM service provider.
- Organize creative assets in the Digital Asset Management tool including uploading, naming, retrieving, and delivering assets to multiple requestors to ensure a steady and functioning process.
- Maintain and update the DAM system’s user interface as needed.
- Work closely with Legal team in tracking and maintaining expiration of photo usage rights using the DAM.
- Work with Concord label partners to ensure best practices are met and to participate in ongoing technical upgrade conversations in order to engage in continuous improvement.
What you'll need:
- 3+ years of experience with digital assets.
- Experience with managing a digital library.
- Strong taxonomy and meta data skills strongly required.
- Solid understanding of creative workflow and processes
- Experience and knowledge in the entertainment industry is a plus
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Understand the primary functions of the programs within Adobe Creative Suite.
- Must be proactive and able to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
- Ability to pay precise attention to details and have a methodical approach to work.
- Dedicated and committed team player. Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic creative environment.
Salary Range: $64,500 - 80,000
This is a temporary position through the end of 2024.
*This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days minimum on-site.
