Position Summary:

We are looking for a Digital Catalog Content Manager to oversee and manage our product catalog with precision and a high attention to detail. In this role, you'll ensure our catalog data is accurate, up-to-date, and seamlessly integrated into design platforms like 2020 Design and ProKitchen. You’ll handle product specifications, pricing, item codes, and troubleshoot any catalog issues. Working closely with engineering, sales, and third-party vendors, you'll be the main point of contact for all catalog data, ensuring smooth data flow across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Catalog Management: Maintain and update product data, including item codes, specifications, and pricing.
• Data Accuracy: Validate and submit product data to external design platforms.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure catalog accuracy.
• Troubleshooting: Resolve any discrepancies or upload issues related to the catalog.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven catalog or data management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with platforms like 2020 Design or ProKitchen (preferred).
• Skills: Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
