Job Description
Overview
This role will be accountable for the technical integration and
implementation efforts in support of the Better Together Omni Channel
Warehouse Project. This role will be the main point for the business
team on digital commerce order integration interfacing with all aspects
of the Better Together project to ensure our Digital Commerce Supply
Chain requirements are met, tested, and executed.
This role will work closely and collaboratively with internal, Cross
Sector/Functional, PepsiCo Associates (Program Engineers, Project
Managers, and Developers) along with external software and other
internal partners to ensure that the technical components required to
integrate and operationalize each solution are understood, formally
documented, aligned with all stakeholders, and are compliant with all
PepsiCo regulatory standards/categories i.e., Global Controls,
Information Security and Enterprise Architecture.
Responsibilities
* Lead implementation efforts associated with all aspects of Order
Integration of our Digital Commerce Supply Chain (DCSC) within the
Better Together warehouses.
* Scope and document all business and integration requirements
* Collaboratively develop, outline, and communicate progress against
critical paths/timelines (i.e., Gantt Charts) outlining key
deliverables, milestones, and stakeholder requirements associated with
this initiative
* Work with technical teams to ensure the design and build of order
integration into the Better Together warehouse meet the Digital Commerce
Supply Chain (DCSC) requirements
* Conduct Unit, System, and User Acceptance testing cycles for Digital
Commerce Supply Chain (DCSC) Order integration and warehouse management
systems
* Operate with discretion and maintain confidentiality of sensitive
information.
Compensation & Benefits
* The expected compensation range for this position is between
$85,200 - $142,650.
* Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be
considered in setting actual starting salary.Your recruiter can share
more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
* Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 10% of
annual salary paid out annually.
* Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave,
vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Experience:
* BA/BS degree with 5+ years of professional experience in a highly
analytical, data intensive and/or strategic role, preferably with
experience in Supply Chain
* At least 3 years of experience with technical development,
integration, implementation, and enhancement
* Proven track record of getting results the right way
* Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outloo ) and/or similar
tools
* SAP, Tableau, Vizio and Power BI experience beneficial
