Digital Content Coordinator - PART-TIME
The FMCOH Digital Content Coordinator will supervised by the Digital and Website Specialist, and reports to the Director of Marketing. Responsible for adding, editing, and updating content on WordPress website, ensuring its accuracy and consistency and adhering to SEO best practices.
Content Creation and Maintenance:
- Edit and publish blog posts, articles, and website pages according to brand guidelines and SEO best practices.
- Add and delete provider profile pages as part of the onboarding and exiting process
- Manage website content calendar, scheduling blog posts and updates in advance.
- Update existing content with relevant information and ensure accuracy.
- Categorize and tag content for easy navigation and search.
- Collaborate with other team members to gather content ideas and ensure alignment with marketing strategies.
- Navigate the WordPress dashboard to add, edit, and delete pages, posts, and media.
- Complete monthly reporting on website and social media performance and statistics
Communication and Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align website content with overall marketing goals.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure content meets expectations.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in using the WordPress editor and interface.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS to make minor design adjustments.
- Knowledge of image optimization and resizing techniques.
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Basic understanding of website design principles
- Familiarity with SEO best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
