Cox Communications is seeking an experienced Digital Data Analyst to join our Digital team, focusing on optimizing and measuring our online and digital channels. This role requires a deep understanding of Adobe Analytics and Tealium Tag Management, with experience using Tableau to communicate actionable insights to business stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical background, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and the technical skills to deploy, configure, and monitor digital tags and analytics tools.

We're currently looking for talented individuals to join our team.
This is a 2-month W2 contract assignment with the opportunity for contract extension or to transition to a permanent, full-time role based on performance and business needs.
Responsibilities:Responsibilities of the Digital Data Analyst:
- Oversee implementation, configuration, and management of tags and tracking through Tealium.
- Ensure all digital properties are accurately tracked, monitored, and measured.
- Collaborate with development, UX, and marketing teams to design and implement tracking solutions that support business objectives.
- Utilize Adobe Analytics to monitor website traffic, user behaviors, conversion rates, and other key performance metrics.
- Create reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses to track performance, identify trends, and inform strategies.
- Support A/B testing and personalization initiatives by providing detailed analysis and insights.
- Design and maintain Tableau dashboards to deliver insights and track KPIs for digital properties.
- Present complex data in a visually engaging way to help non-technical stakeholders understand key findings.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate insights into recommendations for optimization.
- Perform deep-dive analyses on customer journeys, funnel performance, and engagement patterns to uncover opportunities for conversion optimization.
- Provide actionable insights to improve user experience, increase conversion rates, and drive strategic initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and tools in digital analytics, tag management, and visualization.
Minimum Qualifications of the Digital Data Analyst:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, preferably with extensive Adobe Analytics expertise.
- Hands-on experience with Tealium or similar tag management systems.
- Proficiency in Tableau or a similar data visualization tool; ability to design dashboards that tell a story and drive action.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to translate business objectives into actionable data and analytical strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications of the Digital Data Analyst:
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or other web development technologies.
- Familiarity with A/B testing tools and methodologies.
- Certification in Adobe Analytics, Tealium, or Tableau is a plus.
