American manufacturing will always be a pillar of our brand, and we proudly transform all our suppressors in Millcreek, Utah. Our team of enthusiastic and knowledgeable professionals is looking for a Digital Engagement Manager to become an integral part of our operations. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

• Oversee and manage the company's social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Create engaging content (e.g., posts, images, polls) that aligns with the brand's voice and messaging.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
• Track and analyze social media metrics to measure performance and identify trends.

Content Creation:

• Develop and execute content calendars for various social media platforms.
• Collaborate with designers, writers, and other team members to produce high-quality content.
• Curate and share relevant industry news and trends.

Brand Ambassador and Influencer Program:

• Recruit, manage, and nurture a network of brand ambassadors and influencers.
• Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to reach target audiences.
• Track and measure the effectiveness of influencer partnerships.

Email Marketing:

• Create and send targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
• Manage email lists and segmentation.
• Analyze email performance metrics to optimize campaigns. 

KPI Analysis and Reporting:

• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to social media, email marketing, and brand ambassador programs.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Tool Proficiency:

• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Constant Contact).
• Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).

• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the firearms industry is a plus  

Position Details:

• Location:  Main office in Millcreek, UT
• Full-time, office (NOT a remote position)
• Casual office environment
