C&S is seeking an energetic and creative Digital Engagement Manager to join our Syracuse, NY office
This position will be instrumental in building and maintaining our brand’s presence online by showcasing our services and culture through digital platforms
The role oversees the Digital Marketing Coordinator and coordinates closely with the marketing, business development, leadership, and technical teams
The ideal candidate will have a passion for branding, impactful storytelling, and fostering online communities
Position Responsibilities
+ Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and oversee digital marketing campaigns for our website and social media channels
+ Content Creation: Develop engaging and attractive social media content, including graphics and photography, to enhance our online presence
+ Best Practices: Evaluate new and emerging technologies and practices and provide prospective for adoption where appropriate
+ Website Management: Maintain and update the company website, ensuring content is current, accurate, and engaging
+ SEO Strategy: Conduct SEO analysis and implement strategies to improve website visibility and search rankings
+ Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts using analytics tools, and adjusting strategies as needed
Minimum Education & Experience Required:
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing with proven performance in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies + Practical hands-on experience with web design and development (preferably WordPress), SEO, social networking platforms, and analytics tools + Knowledge of design and editing software to produce high-quality, engaging content + Excellent writing and editing skills, including attention to detail and commitment to publishing error-free content + Effective project management skills and a desire to take ownership of projects from development to execution + Community presence a plus, but not a requirement + Prior experience with professional services industry a plus, but not a requirement
Estimated Compensation Range and Benefits
$70,000 - $90,000/year
