ABS currently has openings for its full-time Aspire Rotational Digital Engineer Program, which launches July 2025. This program offers recent university graduates the opportunity to accelerate their career growth through a structured framework that combines challenging work rotations with technical and professional training for a period of up to 12 months. The goal of the rotational program is to develop our next generation of ABS professionals.
The rotational program provides both on-the-job experience and classroom development.

What You Will Need:
The rotational program is highly selective, and space is limited. To be considered, at a minimum, candidates must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or relevant field
- Strong interest in exploring career path as a data scientist, a developer, a business systems analyst, or similar role.
- Prior internship experience in digital product management, data science, or web development strongly preferred.
- Prior experience with Python, Microsoft C# development, or Visio/Agile, project management strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership ability.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
- A self-starter mentality committed to learning new things and taking ownership.
- Ability to interface with customers, which requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Overall GPA of 2.75 or higher (3.0 preferred)
- Ability to multi-task without faltering on attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability and willingness to relocate to Houston, TX.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without future employment sponsorship.
- Availability for a working start date of July 2025.
- Knowledge of related technical disciplines required.
- Basic knowledge of engineering fundamentals, including proficiency in programs such as Python and AutoCAD.
- Working knowledge across all major tiers and technologies associated with distributed web applications.
- Experience with various programming languages (C#, JavaScript, JSON, AJAX, HTML5, etc.).
- The ability to identify, analyze and propose solutions to problems (i.e., the competence to demonstrate complex problem-solving skills).
- Good command of the English language.
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Ability to learn the ABS Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental Management Systems.
- Less than one-year of professional industry experience.
