Coke Florida is looking for a Director of Digital Integration to work out of our Tampa HQ area office.
What You Will Do:
The Director of the Digital Integration Office is responsible for leading the strategic commercial direction/ imperatives of Coca-Cola Beverages Florida's Digital Integration Office. They act as a liaison within our governance system, lead our customer experience platforms and drive our disruptive routes to markets. They are responsible for building a winning collaborative culture within their team and cross functional partners. They lead/ support the project management and communication plan of the Digital Integration Office. They report into the VP, of Customer Relationship Management. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Explore new technologies and lead project management implementation
- Lead governance routine for Digital Customers.
- Set Commercial Vision for MyCoke 360
- Ensure post analysis and meeting review session of key myCoke digital marketing initiatives
- Ensure right collaboration with PGM, Marketing, Legal and IT so projects can stay on task and are delivered timely.
- Lead Coke Florida Customer Service Tickets (CST) Review Meeting and initiatives to improve User Experience
- Create myCoke Training Aids, manage Digital Team Space, and assist Capabilities team with Field training opportunities
- Assist Business Development Managers, Sales Account Managers and Field Leaders with needs or issues related to myCoke.com
- Support Digital Integration Director with development of myCoke CMA (Customer Marketing Agreements)
- with Customers with myCoke Migration tools, evolution of Digital Onboarding and presentations to customers
- Attend appropriate routines for myCoke internally and externally
- Analyze Power BI Reporting, Google Analytics, Salesforce, and other data reporting sources to create scorecards and selling opportunities
- Conduct Bottler collaboration sessions related to myCoke enhancement opportunities
- Lead end to end process for NOVA Retail Link
- Accountable for leading PO confirmation process for largest eCommerce customer
- Assist Digital Integration Director with projects and customer support needs for key O2O customers
- Collaborate and support Digital Integration Director with IEI Indicator testing and marketing program initiatives with key customers
For this role, you will need:
- Strategic Selling, Conceptual Selling, Account Management
- Strong presentation and C-suite communication skills
- Commercial Experience & Customer Management Experience
- Digital/ Technology experience
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong collaboration skills
- Consumer goods and Beverage Industry knowledge
- Master's degree preferred,
- 7-10 years in consumer goods industry
- Experience working with Nielsen and other syndicated data
- Experience in developing successful annual business plans and price/package for retail customers
- Change agent who thrives in a fast pace, ever changing environment
This role involves driving your own vehicle to customer accounts (mileage reimbursed)
- Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines
- Must have current vehicle liability insurance
- Must have a driving record with no major moving violations in the last three (3) years*
- Must provide and maintain a personal vehicle for use during employee working hours
Major moving violations include, but are not limited to, leaving the scene of an accident, driving under the influence, and reckless driving. Minor moving violations include, but are not limited to, speeding, driving too close, failure to stop, and improper lane changes. Driving records, including minor moving violations, will be evaluated according to Coke Florida guidelines to determine eligibility for the Customer Account position
