Digital Load Planner - Path Engineering

As a Digital Load Planner (also known as Warehouse Planner, Load Coordinator), you'll ensure the efficient layout of food products, manage palletizing according to stops, load pallets on a refrigerated trailer, and make warehouse slot changes in the computer system. You'll also use Truck Builder software to maximize safety and efficiency, maintain equipment, respond to driver concerns, and assist in loading trailers to meet daily production goals.

• High school diploma or GED/equivalent required.
• Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong math, analytical, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills with good knowledge of programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
• Experience in a warehouse and with Truck Builder software preferred.
