Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will provide daily support to the Marketing & Communications digital team by performing administrative tasks including, but not limited to, managing social media calendar, creating video and photo content, producing social media coverage at events on a case-by-case basis, and assisting with special projects as needed.
Essential Functions:
- Assists in producing and programming social media content for Crypto.com Arena, Peacock Theater, L.A. LIVE and affiliated events.
- Produces photo and video content for digital marketing channels including social media and website.
- Work venue(s) events on a case-by-case basis.
- Updates social media calendar.
- Participates in meetings ideating digital marketing campaign strategy.
- Archives photos on cloud-based platform.
- Retrieves metrics from organic and paid social media campaigns for reporting.
- Assist with other special projects/duties on a case-by-case basis and as assigned by manager.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or its equivalency (BA/BS Degree Preferred).
- Experience: 0-2 years of related work experience (venue or special events preferred).
- Excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills, along with heightened interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding relationship building and networking skills.
- Ability to work well both individually and within a team environment, while adhering to departmental guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail, effective follow-up and follow through required.
- Ability to multi-task, adapt and re-prioritize based on sales needs.
- Working knowledge of regional venue operations, and/or the special events industry is a plus.
- Proficient in Sprout Social (or similar social media management system), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere), Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); and ability to learn required business systems.
- Must be able to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and some holidays.
- Must be able to pass applicable occupational health screening and have the ability to use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Must be able to pass applicable background check
- Standard ADA Setting: Office and administrative support in an event setting (reasonable accommodations may be made).
Pay Scale: $25.00 - $25.00
