Position Overview:
The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for all agency digital marketing and communications. This position is mission critical in building a strong voice for Resource Center in the DFW area.

The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for all agency digital marketing and communications. This position is mission critical in building a strong voice for Resource Center in the DFW area.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage agency email platform by building out templates, maintenance and hygiene of lists, and spam filtering
- Manage SEO and SEM campaigns
- Website maintenance and updates: page builds, update and post content based on SEO, and link redirects
- Manage Google Grants and maintain relationship with Google Account Rep
- Respond to Google reviews and update marketing department with improvements to be made in response to reviews
- Create and manage Social Media strategy to grow engagement and followers based on analytics and data
- Manage Google analytics, tracking, and reporting
- UTM and QR code creation for tracking
- Track proof of performance (POP) for social, email and other digital products
- Marketing lead in agency CRM platform
- SMS management
- Marketing liaison with the Information Technology department
- Work alongside Marketing and IT staff to optimize project management tools
- Research and suggest competitive digital products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, distribution, pricing, and advertising and promotional opportunities
- Work with vendors, contractors and relevant staff to move digital requests forward
- Help maintain departmental digital budget
- Update job knowledge by participating in professional development opportunities
- Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different digital requests
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- Requires strong understating of HTML and CSS
- CRM experience (Bonterra a plus)
- CMS platform experience (Wordpress is a plus)
- Must have excellent writing, grammar, and punctuation skills
- Experience with all social media channels and strategies
- Experience with MailChimp or other email service
- Must be able to understand and dissect analytics related to email and social media
- Adhere to brand standards, including agency voice
- Creative, proactive, and forward-thinking mindset
- Experience with Trello, Monday, Asana, and/or other project management tools
