Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Data Analyst with 3-5 years of experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketing Intelligence. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Google PPC and Google Analytics, as well as experience utilizing data to drive marketing strategy and improve campaign performance.
The Digital Marketing Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data from various marketing channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising. They will develop and implement tracking and reporting systems to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
They will work closely with the Digital Marketing Lead to provide data-driven insights and recommendations for optimizing campaign performance. They will also be responsible for conducting A/B testing, developing dashboards and reports, and analyzing customer behavior and trends.
What You’ll Do
- Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketing Intelligence tools to analyze the performance of our digital marketing campaigns.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track key metrics and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing team members to identify and prioritize areas for optimization.
- Work with technical teams to ensure accurate tracking and data collection.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. marketing, statistics, computer science)
- 3-5 years of experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketing Intelligence or experience in a data analysis role, preferably in the field of digital marketing
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketing Intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively present findings to stakeholders
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing
- Experience with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools
- Familiarity with web development technologies (e.g. HTML, JavaScript)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
