About the Job
The Digital Marketing Innovation Strategist will specialize in driving and managing innovation within the digital marketing team, ensuring the successful adoption of new technologies and processes that align with the company’s strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the digital marketing landscape and ad ecosystem, with hands-on experience in areas such as creative development, audience targeting, landing page optimization, content management, A/B testing methodologies, tracking and measurement, and various optimization best practices. Additionally, the candidate should have a proven track record of improving processes and introducing changes that result in valuable efficiencies and measurable gains across marketing operations.
Responsibilities
Change Management: Help facilitate change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption and understanding of new technologies and processes.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing strategists and managers to identify opportunities that support business goals.
Communication: Clearly and effectively convey complex concepts in both written and verbal forms across various organizational levels.
Cross-functional Teamwork: Engage with teams across Big Data, Web Development, Product, Marketing, Sales, as well as external partners to drive innovation projects.
Data Analysis: Periodically gather and analyze data using tools like Tableau, Adobe Analytics, and various advertising platforms to optimize marketing strategies.
Flexibility and Adaptability: Support in ad hoc tasks and contribute to special projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to pivot based on organizational priorities.
Implementation Support: Assist in the deployment of new marketing solutions and process enhancements.
Project Management: Coordinate and manage innovation projects using Monday.com, ensuring projects are planned, documented, and executed efficiently.
Reporting: Create reports with data visualizations that narrate the story behind the numbers.
Research and Evaluation: Proactively research and assess emerging marketing technologies and solutions to provide strategic recommendations that align with company objectives.
Qualifications:
Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both written and verbally, to various audiences, including executive leadership.
BS or BA degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or Project Management.
5 years of combined experience in Digital Marketing and Project Management, with a strong preference for direct experience with any combination of the following: Paid Search, Connected TV (CTV), Online Video, Social Media, Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCOs), data onboarding, data analytics, landing page optimization, and content management systems.
Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, set expectations, and meet deadlines.
Proficient in marketing technology evaluations, competitive analysis, and strategic planning. Experienced with analytics and reporting tools such as Tableau and Google Analytics.

The starting pay range for this position is:
$94,900.00 - $126,500.00
Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
