Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing and a track record of success in driving online growth. You will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive traffic and generate sales through various digital + e-commerce channels.
This will be a hybrid position out of our Burbank, CA office and will report to our Director of Digital Marketing.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement and optimize online advertising campaigns, including PPC, display, and social media ads. Analyze performance data and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with education and sales to produce engaging and relevant content for isclinical.com and email marketing for both DTC and B2B channels. Ensure content is consistent with the overall marketing strategy as well as other marketing channels (social, PR, etc).
- Manage ongoing updates on isclinical.com including promotion execution, dynamic content, DTC and B2B loyalty and ongoing programming, pricing/price lists and ongoing optimization for maximum revenue and brand elevation.
- Experience with executing turnkey updates on ecommerce platforms such as Magento, Shopify or SF commerce as well as familiarity with backend and working
- Manage and execute email marketing campaigns for both B2B and DTC customers. Analyze email performance and optimize for content improvements that drive revenue, CTR and opens.
- Manage international template websites with brand content and work with international teams to maintain consistency with distributor content and logistics.
- Continually monitor and analyze both DTC and B2B e-commerce performance, including sales, conversion rates, and customer behavior.
- Use platform analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Klaviyo, ecomm platform) to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Prepare regular reports and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Stay updated on latest trends, tools, technologies and best practices in digital marketing + ecomm. Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve marketing efforts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Any relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Proven experience minimum 6+ years’ experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of various digital channels, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Salesforce, etc ).
- Proficiency in eComm platforms (Magento, shopify, SF commerce, Big commerce, etc).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Creative thinking with a focus on results-driven strategies.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiastic about staying current with digital marketing trends and technologies.

Adhering to the requirements of California's law on salary transparency, the salary bracket for this role is set between $85,000.00 and $105,000.00 annually. The offered salary may be adjusted based on various factors such as the applicant's qualifications, skills, and professional experience.
