Digital Marketing Manager (CRM)
Duration: ~ 3 Months (potential to extend or go contract to hire for the right fit)
Schedule: 1 day a week onsite in Inglewood area, 4 days Remote
Pay: up to $50 an hour/ DOE
Our well-known Retail client in the LA area has a need for a Digital Marketing Manager with a background in CRM and loyalty. This role will be roughly 3 months, 40 hours a week and does require working onsite 1 day a week. This role could potentially extend or go full-time for the right fit. The ideal Digital Marketing Manager will have experience in the fashion, apparel, footwear, or other B2C categories.
Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, testing, scheduling, and coding of all ongoing and triggered CRM campaigns (email, SMS, and push.)
- Lead a small group that designs, builds, tests, and launches the CRM and loyalty messaging.
- Work cross-functionally with the Web Merchandising, Planning, Brand Marketing, Retail, and other teams to ensure messaging and design is in alignment.
- Plan and implement new segmenting practices and testing strategies.
- Handle the reporting and tracking of CRM results within the ESP and Google Analytics.
- Bring new trends, lean into insights, and help improve the CRM channel.
- Understand the customer target and ensure that the campaigns developed relate to the brand audiences.
- Be able to jump in as needed to help with HTML coding and email design.
- Implement new A/B testing strategies as needed to ensure the best results.
- 3-5+ years' experience within CRM.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong HTML coding skills and some experience with design programs like Sketch and Photoshop.
- Skilled with Google Analytics.
- Experience working within email marketing platforms- ideally Cordial or something similar.
- Experience in the retail, fashion, apparel, B2C space is ideal.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
