Digital Marketing Manager - Johnstone Supply, The Balsan Group

RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Manager include, but are not limited to:

Strategy Development

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the business goals
• Analyze competitor strategies to identify strengths, weaknesses, and market opportunities

• Implement and oversee content creation, including social media posts and videos
• Analyze content to improve traffic and search engine rankings
• Innovate and create compelling content that resonates with our audience and boosts engagement

• Design and execute social media strategies to engage the target audience and increase followers
• Monitor trends, platform updates, and adjust strategies to optimize reach and engagement
• Boost visibility, shape and execute strategies across platforms, ensuring we’re ahead of the curve in search engine marketing

• Oversee Google Ads, social media platforms, and other digital ad campaigns
• Track ad performance and adjust bids, targeting, and budgeting allocation to maximize ROI

• Track, analyze, and report key metrics across all digital channels
• Utilize tools such as Google Ads, social platforms and other digital ad channels

• Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales team to align marketing efforts with overall business goals
• Lead, mentor, and guide marketing staff
• Transform vendor relationships, aligning recommendations for the goals of the company

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 3 years of experience in digital marketing with proven track record in digital management
• Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in ecommerce operations, lightweight program development and system integrations
• Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Ads and social media platforms

• HVAC industry knowledge
• Strong knowledge of Eclipse (CRM)
• Strong background/understanding of branch operations and logistics
