Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Plan and execute campaigns across channels such as email, SEO/SEM, paid social media, display advertising, and content marketing.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Ops position to optimize CRM and automation strategies for lead nurturing and retention.
- Align marketing campaigns with overall business objectives and the sales team's goals.
Campaign Management:
- Plan, implement, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and display advertising.
- Collaborate with the product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure messaging and offers are aligned across the funnel.
- Optimize the performance of campaigns to meet lead generation, conversion, and revenue goals.
- Create, monitor, and analyze campaign performance, including KPIs such as CTR, CPA, and ROI.
- Manage the day-to-day digital marketing budget and allocate resources to maximize impact.
- Align with content team to develop customized campaign matched to our customer journey
Lead Generation & Nurturing:
- Design and execute lead generation campaigns that attract, engage, and convert qualified leads for the sales team.
- Utilize current lead scoring and segmentation strategies to prioritize high-value leads and tailor marketing messages.
- Create and manage nurturing programs using email marketing, personalized content, ad campaigns, and automated workflows to guide prospects through the buyer's journey.
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to ensure alignment on lead definitions, qualification criteria, and handoff processes.
- Create workflows for intent signals to ensure maximum results with sales.
Paid Advertising:
- Manage and optimize paid search and social campaigns (Google Ads, ABM Platform. LinkedIn, Facebook, Partners, etc.).
- Conduct A/B testing, experiment with different ad formats, and optimize spending to maximize ROI.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to improve future campaigns.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, and other marketing automation platforms for real-time campaign tracking.
SEO & Content:
- Oversee SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and visibility.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop high-quality, SEO-optimized content that engages prospects and customers.
Collaboration & Leadership:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and customer success to ensure cohesive strategies.
- Lead and mentor junior members of the marketing team, providing guidance and expertise in digital marketing best practices.
Budget Management:
- Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize the effectiveness of campaigns.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology company.
- Demonstrated success in designing and executing successful digital marketing strategies for Saas products.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc)
- Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and CRM tools.
- Experience with paid media channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) and A/B testing.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills; able to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to track ROI and key performance metrics with precision.
- High-level strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Working Relationship & Compensation
