As one of the few manufacturers that design, develop and produce all components of watches, including the hairspring of its mechanical movements, the company offers a series of collections available worldwide that incorporate traditional Japanese design combined with the very best of watchmaking technology in the Seiko, Grand Seiko and Credor brands.Seiko Digital Marketing Manager - Temporary PositionResponsibilitiesOversee the brand’s digital footprint including multiple websites, e-commerce site, and social media accounts Manage data accuracy on all digital platformsPlans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaignsOversee digital community engagement interactions and communicationsServes as a key point of contact for all digital sites and manages third-party agencies where applicableOversees digital programming and media budget while remaining fiscally responsibleDigital programming management to optimize spend and marketing performance Manage e-mail marketing including audience segmentation, campaign automation, A/B testing, and general programming while managing compliance with GDPR regulations Oversee and regularly maintain website’s content to ensure accuracy of imagery, videos, copy and pricingEnsure and evaluate a cohesive and user-friendly consumer journey at digital touch pointsManage retention, affiliate programming, new customer acquisition programs, and re-engagement strategiesCreation and management of campaign UTM linksComplete continuous market research to identify emerging web technologies and capabilities to help evaluate opportunities to foster continuous growthCreation and publishing of weekly and monthly digital reporting Qualifications Excellent analytical skills for making data-driven decisions, deriving and disseminating actionable insights resulting from such analysisBasic understanding of UX design to help guide web design architecture to ensure high-quality experiences for end-users across all devices Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, programmatic, social media, and ad tracking capabilitiesWorking knowledge of Shopify/Shopify Plus, Listrak, Attentive, Image Relay, SiteCore, and Hootsuite is a plus but not requiredExcellent project management and organizational skillsKeen attention to detail for the purposes of optimization and achieving marketing efficienciesStrong communication skills and presentation capabilitiesHybrid role: office and remote workAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
