Day in the Life as a Digital Marketing Operations Specialist:
As the Digital Marketing Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting and optimizing our marketing tools and campaigns across various digital channels by leveraging marketing automation best practices and operational efficiency, while also taking ownership of our social media presence.

Responsibilities We Will Trust You With:
Marketing Automation Expertise:
- Work directly within HubSpot and other related marketing tools to:
- Execute, maintain, and continuously improve marketing automation functions.
- Design, build, and test campaigns, emails, and webpages.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for marketing workflows, systems, and procedures. This includes process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and guidelines. Regularly review and update documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment with current practices.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to:
- Design, develop, and maintain core marketing operations processes and best practices.
- Identify gaps in marketing processes and systems to optimize workflows.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and maintain the SureCam social media content library, ensuring it stays up-to-date and aligned with strategic messaging.
- Lead content creation, derivative content development, and content refresh efforts for social media platforms.
- Oversee graphic design specifications and vendor project management for social media content.
- Schedule and post social media content according to platform best practices for LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and other platforms as adopted by the team.
- Monitor and analyze social media engagement, identify trends, and adapt strategies accordingly.
Copywriting & Content Creation:
- Plan, write, and publish high-quality content across various channels (blog posts, social media, emails, email newsletters, etc.)
- Analyze content performance using metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales etc.) to ensure cohesive messaging
Project Management & Execution:
- Utilize strong project management skills to:
- Track and deliver critical marketing system and operational projects on time.
- Ensure smooth campaign execution and maximize impact.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Analyze marketing data and generate reports to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and inform future strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing technologies and best practices.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing operations or a related field.
- Proven experience with marketing automation platforms, especially HubSpot.
- HubSpot Marketing certification is a plus.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing best practices and content creation strategies.
- Experience with social media scheduling and management tools is a plus.
- Experience with SEO copywriting – keyword optimized content that drives search engine rankings and resonates with target audiences
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in project management and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
