Our client is looking for a digital marketing production coordinator on a limited contractual basis, to edit and create content in the content management system, support email marketing projects and execute new product launch activities in the industrial and pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical B2B space. The digital marketing production coordinator is expected to implement digital marketing projects as directed by the digital marketing lead and in accordance with the marketing playbook and responsive design project. He/She will interface with the IT team, Marketing Associates, and Divisional and Enterprise Digital Marketing associates as needed.

Our client is looking for a digital marketing production coordinator on a limited contractual basis, to edit and create content in the content management system, support email marketing projects and execute new product launch activities in the industrial and pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical B2B space. The digital marketing production coordinator is expected to implement digital marketing projects as directed by the digital marketing lead and in accordance with the marketing playbook and responsive design project. He/She will interface with the IT team, Marketing Associates, and Divisional and Enterprise Digital Marketing associates as needed.
Responsibilities include:
- Work with the Digital Marketing Team to implement website updates, create new website content, develop new website landing pages and execute projects in the project cue according to business priority
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Conduct QA of site pages
- Collaborate and team with digital and marcom associates, product specialists and other internal and external customers
- Work during the hours of 8:15-4:45
Qualifications: - Degree in Digital Marketing/Marketing/Journalism/Business Administration/Communications or equivalent business experience
- More than 5 years hands-on experience in the implementation of digital marketing tactics and programs, preferably in a B2B environment with technical or engineering-related products
- Experience with all digital marketing facets including content management, email marketing, social marketing, web analytics, user experience, digital advertising and events
- Experience working in content management systems in required, preferably Fatwire
- Working knowledge of and Adobe Photoshop
- Demonstrated ability to drive multiple projects to completion with quality, speed and attention to detail
- Ability to conceptually visualize, communicate and articulate concepts to marketers, internal clients and vendors/suppliers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Demonstrated good judgment under pressure and the ability /experience to work within a global work team
- Ability to effectively guide agencies and other service providers as needed
- Proficient with Windows-based PC and a solid working knowledge of standard Microsoft applications
- No travel required
