Internship Overview
Springs Window Fashions is looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our Marketing Team! The Digital Marketing Specialist Internship provides an exciting opportunity to assist the team with project support while providing valuable work experience related to your chosen field of study. Our paid internship program is known for having in-depth, challenging project work with cross-functional teams, as well as professional development, job shadowing and other growth opportunities.
Internship Projects and Responsibilities:
- Develop a digital competitive comparison for Graber and Bali across all digital touchpoints (websites, social media, email, paid advertising, etc.) and determine a suggestions for what we could do differently as a continued journey toward giving our customers the best experience.
- Consider how customers can/should interact with our digital touchpoints throughout their entire journey with SWF/our products.
- Social Media
- Work closely with our Social and Digital Marketing Specialist to assist with content creation for our residential social media accounts.
- Could include managing the post creation/scheduling for one of our residential brands (Horizons), assisting with social content needed for our other residential brands, and assisting with compiling/analyzing social media metrics.
- Digital Content
- Work closely with internal and external teams to help plan digital content for key initiatives, i.e. motorization, product launches, advertising.
- Could include analyzing ad performance and identifying new ad tactics and creative to be tested, reviewing specific web pages, emails, blogs, and other digital content and suggesting edits to incorporate going forward, and developing digital content such as blogs, emails, etc. to support key initiatives.
- Business Experience
Exposure to the overall digital marketing team and the cross-functional teams that we interact with (creative, channel, product management, IT, AP).
Experience working with business tools we utilize such as Workfront, Smartsheet, Widen, and Microsoft Office.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Previous internship experience in relevant function
- Pursuing a 4-year degree with preferred current standing of Junior level
- Strong writing and organizational skills, attention to detail, yet ability to see the big picture
- Proficient computer skills Microsoft Office
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written and attention to detail)
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
