Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Specialists on the team is responsible for marketing, communications, partnerships, and thought leadership. This role serves as a core member of the team and is tasked with supporting projects related to RPA's external digital marketing and communications, internal communications, and client relations.
Role Accountabilities
Digital Marketing Campaigns
Support and optimize our digital marketing programs, track campaign progress, developing various digital marketing materials, sourcing images and artwork, updating online assets, streamlining digital marketing production, and handling general digital marketing activities for the organization to include the Office of the President.
Content Creation
Collate and summarize information for use in developing content and write first drafts of straightforward content for various channels (including print and digital). Update content and copy changes for the RPA website and other digital properties, including social media.
Market Analysis
Utilize metrics/analytics to report on digital marketing content performance and apply philanthropic insights and trends to create digital marketing content for targeted audiences. Content pieces will be produced as part of MCII and across other RPA teams monthly.
Brand
Deliver specified outcomes and provide others with support while working within established brand programs. Help implement media outreach strategies. Supporting the management of RPA's brand and visual identity.
Insights and reporting
Collect and analyze market data and intelligence to inform marketing and communication plans. Contribute to the preparation of various data and analytics reports. Preparing regular internal reports to support the evaluation of strategies and recalibration.

Desired Qualifications and Experience
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Proficient knowledge of CMS, such as Wordpress and Sprout Social
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills
- Strong web analytics skills
- Experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised (3-4 years)
- Familiarity with a CRM such as NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar applications is preferred
- Experience with web content management and other online tools is required and experience with video content editing for YouTube and social media is preferred
- Familiarity with and commitment to the nonprofit and philanthropic sectors is a plus
