About the Job
Key Responsibilities and Major Duties:
Overall Goal: Omnichannel organization oversight and ownership of PASS team/program needs to ensure connectivity to broader commercialization efforts and communication connectivity, tactics, and execution.
Specific PASS needs: The below items are currently in progress between Client IT, Client PASS, and select resources within Client omnichannel.
Develop brand.com nursing adherence enrollment schematic and management
Manage overall PASS omnichannel enrollment strategy
Communications BRD ownership with agency
Handoff asset strategy between TAG, Agency and Client
Own communication integrations build and testing timeline
Owner comms integrations implementation plan
Oversee opt in/opt out strategy
Quarterback integration launch planning (DTA, QVA, and BRD sign offs)
Incorporate PASS comms into the broader Cobenfy omnichannel ecosystem
Experience in schizophrenia patient/provider/care-giver journey preferred
Education & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with minimum 5-7 years industry, (pharmaceutical/biotech or related marketing or media agency) experience
Experience in pharmaceutical omnichannel strategy and digital marketing with commercial patient support programs
Proven ability in managing digital agencies, pharmaceutical call centers, technical integrations, vendors, and cross-functional support teams
Strong oral and written communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Veeva PromoMats, WorkFront, Veeva CRM
5+ years Project Management experience (PMP not required)
Highly organized and detailed oriented, accustomed to fast-paced settings
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to write, collaborate on and edit communications and presentations where needed
Has passion for the role, shares ideas, brings improvements forward, teaches others
Experience in schizophrenia patient/provider/care-giver journey preferred
