About the Job
This position will have the option to work a hybrid schedule, with one or two days from home after three months of employment, with the remainder working in our office out of Schaumburg, IL.
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist that is ready to leverage their associated skills in a dynamic and collaborative workplace environment. BISCO is an internationally recognized manufacturer of medical devices for the dental industry, specializing in the advancement and research of adhesive and composite technology. Our Digital Marketing Specialist will play an important part in helping us grow.
This position will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies across multiple online channels.
Salary range: $56K to $67K commensurate with experience

The job responsibilities of this position may include, but are not limited to:
- Managing social media:
- content creation, scheduling and community engagement
- implementation of organic social media strategy
- creation and curation of copy, images, video and content for social media posts
- listen / engage in relevant social discussions regarding our company, our products, our industry, and our competitors
- drive consistent and relevant traffic and leads from our social network
- foster relationships with outside influencers
- manage social media campaigns and report on the performance of these efforts
- Managing paid advertising campaigns:
- develop, implement, and manage campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
- ensure budget efficiency and effectiveness
- monitor and analyze campaign performance, provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize ROI
- Email marketing:
- develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversions
- create compelling and personalized email content, including copy, images, and CTAs, to maximize open and click-through rates
- monitor and analyze email performance metrics
- ensure all email campaigns comply with current email marketing regulations and best practices
- utilize marketing automation tools to streamline and scale email marketing efforts
- Content creation:
- create and curate engaging content for various digital channels, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with marketing goals
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality digital assets including graphics, videos, and blog posts
- optimize content for SEO and lead generation
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Public Relations
- 3 years of digital marketing experience
- General computer skills (Windows, email, internet); proficiency in MS Office and other business applications
- HubSpot and Adobe Creative Cloud experience preferred
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as SEMRush, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Business Manager
- Experience managing PPC, organic social media content and email marketing
- Strong understanding of SEO and SEM
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail and identifying trends
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
