Project Description:
Management for client's consumer and partner portal initiative
Strong experience delivering custom portal on an insurance back-end system
Insurance experience and marketing agency exp
Develops extensive knowledge on key internal applications and acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for on-going Portal changes
Collaborate with UX team to develop and optimize consumer experience.
Experience with exposure to the full project life cycle, from inception to user acceptance testing
Ability to combine "soft” influencing, persuasion and consultancy skills with "leadership” qualities that will encourage business leaders to positively respond to questions, inquires and requests to meet deadlines.
Diligent and passionate about achieving deadlines
Experience working in Jira
Experience of agile delivery methodologies required (specifically Scrum)
Experience working in the insurance sector
Establish, and drive adoption of governance protocols for new and existing projects and programs.
Monitor key metrics and project variables such as scope, schedule, and budget across the US Portfolio.
Perform detailed review of PM artifacts such as project charters, schedules, RAID logs, status reports, etc.
Ensure quality and consistency of PM process application (risk, issue, schedule, resource management)
Monitor process adherence throughout project lifecycle
(initiation/planning/definition/execution/closing).
Ensure alignment across business, IT, and executive stakeholders by monitoring cross-Portfolio health and educating stakeholders on organizational change.
Facilitate executive reporting to drive Project and Portfolio performance transparency across business, IT, and executive stakeholders.
Support portfolio planning activities (including ideation, prioritization, resource planning, and selection) to improve strategic alignment by supporting project data collation, analysis, and presentation.
Enhance and administer centralized project portfolio management platform and tools
