Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.Responsibilities:Leads the working backwards documents for a platform product releaseUses or commissions research, studies and focus groups to identify best-of-breed benchmarks for solving business problemsIdentifies innovations and leads “test and learn” experiments to create platform products that increase customer valueDefines and measures the KPIs for a platform productIs able to make trade-off decisions on multiple platform products in a portfolioDevelops business and platform requirements for either one platform component of a large platform product or a narrow productLeverages tools such as Ignite for reusability of APIs and platform servicesDetermines release goals for a narrow platform product or a component of a large productIdentifies best practices for continuous product development improvementAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications:6 + years of relevant experience in in a product managementBachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Business Management/EngineeringExperience defining and developing product roadmap including product requirements, timeframes, and user stories to plan for the product development and launch in the future, using tools including JIRA and confluence.Demonstrated experience as a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and compellingly, effectively influencing across cross functional teamsStrategic, results-driven leader who is passionate about designing best-in-class digital experiences and staying at the forefront of cutting edge technology in the servicing spaceAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power PointDemonstrated analytical skills; can extract meaningful insights from large and complex data sets as well as User experience design and Design Thinking.Education:Bachelor’s degree in computer science/business management/engineering or equivalentThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed
