Job Description

This project manager will have their hands in many various marketing communications projects.

- Organize, attend and help facilitate marketing project kickoffs

- Develop project forecasts, timelines, and budgets

- Coordinate all project activities across mulitple teams and disciplines

- Provide routine project status updates to all stakeholders

- Itemize and track costs to ensure projects and executed on budget

- Identify and escalate concerns regarding project scope, timing and budget, as needed

- Liaise between various stakeholders and team members to help facilitate smooth, timely communication

- Evaluate completed projects and facilitate close process; debrief stakeholders as applicable

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Must be able to handle strong personalities. Will be supporting social media projects as well as martech projects.
