Position: Digital Marketing Manager
Location: San Diego, CA
Schedule: Monday through Friday, In-Office
Wage Scale: $85,000 to $105,000
Status: Salaried/Exempt
Job Summary:
Are you passionate about driving digital innovation and creating impactful marketing campaigns? As a Digital Project Manager at True Legacy Homes, you"ll take the lead in orchestrating a diverse array of dynamic digital projects. From website development and vibrant social media campaigns to strategic PPC and display advertising, your role will be at the heart of our digital transformation.
Collaborate with talented cross-functional teams to bring projects to life, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and exceptional quality. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, this hands-on position will immerse you in all facets of digital marketing, including website management, data-driven analysis, vendor partnerships, and continuous optimization. Your creativity and strategic thinking will directly contribute to achieving our business goals and elevating our brand.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the team's day-to-day activities.
- Escalate issues in a timely fashion.
- Proficient in project management tools like MS Project, JIRA, Asana, etc.
- Implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
- Manage website upkeep and updates.
- Familiar with agile project management methodologies.
- Perform competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Ensure all digital marketing efforts are aligned with the brand identity.
- Ensure website performance, SEO, and user experience are optimized.
- Manage and optimize PPC and display advertising campaigns.
- Oversee email marketing, social media, and content marketing initiatives
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns across various platforms.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to drive engagement and growth.
- Create, manage, and optimize PPC and display advertising campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline and enhance marketing efforts.
- Implement workflows and automation sequences for lead nurturing and conversion.
- Analyze campaign data and metrics to measure success and ROI.
- Generate reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager or similar role for 5+ years.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress,).
- Experience with PPC and display advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong data analysis skills and experience with tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership abilities and experience in managing teams.
- Eagerness to learn and stay updated with industry trends.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred).
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Managed day-to-day tasks of the team.
- Experience with managing websites, social media, PPC & Display.
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or relevant areas.
- Experience with agile project management methodologies.
- Previous experience in vendor management.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting, occasional walking or standing.
- Ability to lift, push, pull up to 15lbs.
- Bending, stooping, climbing, kneeling, and repetitive motion may be required.
- Visual and hearing requirements for computer use and equipment operation.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical.
