About the Job
Technical/Functional Skills | 1. Provide high-level test effort estimate 2. Create detailed and well-structured test plans and test cases 3. Set up a test harness to test functionality 4. Automation feasibility study, development & maintenance of API, functional, integration and load/performance scripts across platforms 5. Build, deploy application & conduct manual and automated testing as per defined process 6. Report and follow up of defects found until closure 7. Analyze logs in order to understand the root causes of issues 8. Participate in agile ceremonies - standups, planning sessions and retrospectives 9. Perform automated nightly application regression & performance test 10. Functional/Integration/Production testing by leveraging CI/CD Pipeline 11. Work both independently and in close collaboration with others in the team and across the business to achieve quality & performance engineering goals 12. Bring the quality consciousness, test leadership and customer advocacy 13. Create and maintain HOWTOs and other materials for quality & performance engineering team |
