About the Job
The Digital Retail Tool Manager must drive the development, project management and adaptation of new technologies and tools to improve customer experience and dealer sales process effectiveness. This role also has responsibility for the Legendary Moment Test Drive, which is one of the 5 Legendary Moments that form part of the Global CBS strategy. These showroom tools enhance the customers experience and allow them a greater convenience to shop and execute their transaction.
The overall goal is to enhance the customer's retail journey through seamless interaction and digitalization with the goal that the Retail experience become strong differentiators for the BMW brand and increases conquest and loyalty. Within this strategy, The Digital Retail Tool Manager will work on multiple projects to improve the way in which Customers purchase their vehicles.

The pay range for this role is: $ 105,213.00 - $123.780.00.
The selected candidate's education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.

- Bachelor's Degree
- 5-7 years of experience preferable in Automotive Retail or with an OEM
- Strong Sales background (3-5 years)
- Strong insights in Digital Retailing, Automotive Sales, Automotive digital tools and the overall automotive business
- Conceptual thinker
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
- Strong prioritization skills
- Cross-Cultural work/business experience
- Ability to lead, organize, and execute projects across multi-partner landscapes
Preferences:
- Dealership or operational experience preferred
