Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Digital Marketing Specialist
Position type: Contract Role
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Location: Baldwin Park, California 91706 (1-2 days onsite in a month)
As a(n) Digital Marketing Specialist you will:

• The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day tasks within a content management system (Drupal) such as updating webpage content, liaising with stakeholders for input and approval, and collaborating within and across teams to complete projects as assigned. Excellent written and oral communication skills and proficiency with a content management system are required to be successful in this role.
• Minimum Qualifications & Experience: 3-7 years of experience in digital marketing, digital content strategy, client management. 2-3 years project management experience. Will work daily in Drupal (the cityofhope.org content management system) to create and update webpages.
• Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree preferably in Marketing, Communications, Digital Technology, Business, English or related field.
  Equivalent work experience may be substituted.
• Preferred Experience: Integrated marketing, communications, public affairs, and/or advertising. Knowledge of general digital online development processes. Demonstrated project management experience and direct client contact. Writing and presentation experience. Experience in field of health care, biomedical science, and/or fund raising helpful. Experience with content marketing and SEO knowledge a plus.

Skills/Abilities:

• Proficient in Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Drupal.
• Experience with digital workflows and deliverables (discovery, requirements gathering, wireframes, visual comps, technical diagrams, checkpoints for review, etc.)
• To emphasize the points below: Must prefer to work in a team and understand how to navigate a matrixed organization in a way that will enable the success of the team.
• High level of attention to detail; high desire to meet the objectives and needs of internal clients and stakeholders; high desire to develop engaging online digital content and experiences.
• Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
• Must work well with people in different departments and at different levels.
• Strong Team and Interpersonal Skills
• Collaborative
• Culturally attuned to an academic medical center and medical providers.
• Deft general project management skills; polished and diplomatic client management skills; solutions oriented, solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• High competency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Digital marketing best practices and other functions related to digital marketing and communications.
• Proven track record of success in supporting enterprise email marketing campaigns and programs
• Strong web design/production/development skills; Intermediate experience with web programming languages (HTML, CSS).
• Able to gather information and objectives and formulate into marketing action plans.
• Data analytics: understand how to pull, present, and interpret data with a view to optimizing the digital experience for the end-user.

Software: Content management system WCS, Drupal/Acquia),, Bynder, project management systems such as TaskRay, Monday, Jira.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $25 - $30/hr on W2>
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
