Description
The Digital Marketing Strategist will collaborate cross-functionally to develop comprehensive, multi-channel digital marketing strategies at scale. This role creates integrated customer journeys that effectively reach and engage audiences to drive awareness, adoption, and usage of Global Campaign offerings, demand generation assets, and content.
In this role, you will architect and execute programs to accelerate new lead generation and customer lifecycle progression to support the growth objectives of the Global Campaigns team. You will be responsible for creating go-to-market strategies for assigned AWS campaigns and solution areas as well as test, measure and monitor impact of tactical execution. You will own channel performance of a variety of Amazon owned (AWS website, Site Merchandising, Organic Social) and paid (Paid search, Display ads, Paid Media etc.) channels.
Our ideal candidate has creative ideas combined with extensive analytic and data-driven B2B experience, and the ability to work both strategically and tactically to generate best-in-class programs. The ability to effectively program manage projects, influence others, and collaborate across a variety of internal teams and multiple stakeholders is critical. They are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities.
Strong preference for someone to sit in Seattle, but open to additional locations for the right candidate: US. Relocation assistance within the US.
Key job responsibilities
* Lead various aspects of operational planning for global programs, including defining priorities, recommended investment plans, and functional goals
* Drive the design of customer lifecycle experiences from look/feel, to content flow, to user experience
* Collaborates with internal managers, in-region Field teams, external agencies, PMM, and other internal stakeholders to create the best experiences for AWS customers
* Own and implements the targeting and segmentation for campaigns
* Develop and execute test plans across all channels to most effectively engage customers within channels
* Incorporate available tools, technology platforms, and Generative AI capabilities to enhance campaigns
* Monitor campaign performance, provide insights and reporting, and make data-driven optimizations

Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in multi-territory campaign management
- Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
