About the role: 

The Digital Strategy and Operations Analyst I is responsible for efficiently participating in digital technology and marketing capabilities and in the execution of our digital technology organization. This role will work closely with other department stakeholders to support digital & marketing initiatives, drive organizational OKR's and establish performance measures. The Digital Strategy and Operations Analyst I will promote knowledge-sharing and practice consistency within digital initiatives. They must possess strong communication skills as this position requires substantial collaboration with leaders, other departments, and business partners.This role will participate in the development and sustainment of organizational readiness strategies, plans and activities that drive transformation, maximize employee adoption, and minimize risk and resistance.

In this role, you will: 

• Participate in project/program lifecycle strategic planning and tactical activities
• Contributes to goal accomplishment and has the ability to build effective partnerships with stakeholders and other key business units to deliver coordinated and consistent experiences across products, lines of business, channels and campaigns
• Works to understand and identify issues to resolve and look for win-win solutions for long and short-term goals and objectives
• Partners with leadership to understand and help translate broad strategies into specific action plans to achieve strategic objectives and improve results
• Sets a standard for excellence to ensure high quality of delivery, continuous improvement, and innovation
• Assists with development of ad hoc analysis and presentations for leadership
• Assists leadership with preparation and maintenance of detailed and comprehensive documentation of processes and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned, conform with all company policies and procedures
• Support leadership, TDOC, Audit, Cyber, HR Business partners and other departments with Digital strategy and operational efforts
• Build partnerships, supports and gathers feedback with cross-functional teams including audit and cybersecurity to ensure Cyber Risk Exceptions are managed and mitigated based on defined processes
• Participate in creating talent and growth strategy programs for Digital in partnership with TDOC and HR Business partners
• Participate in implementing effective strategic program support for the Digital organization
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Proficiency with 365 Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint and Visio) and Microsoft SharePoint
• Successful experience facilitating meetings
• Understanding of business processes with an ability to identify and analyze organizational needs and gaps

Education & Experience 

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or additional equivalent experience and/or advanced certifications preferred
• 0-2 years of relative experience including experience in change management communications or knowledge management, developing planning and training programs, and regulatory and compliance support required
