They not only scale and mature solutions to acquire and grow our customer base, but they also support platforms and frameworks, champion engineering excellence and enhance the customer digital experience around partnerships, servicing, lending, marketing rewards, and offers and payments.As a Digital Payments Product Management Lead, you will be working within the Digital Product & Engineering group on the Digital Money Movement team. In this role, you will working closely with the Product owners, UX/designer and production support teams on a daily basis to deliver key road map items. You and your team will own the end-to-end product development process with respect to money movement suite of products and services, while also owning a specific customer pain point/job to be done, identify and validate a solution, deliver it in the market, and analyze/improve its performance. Team members will consist of both employees and consultants located in the US and offshore.Responsibilities:Uses or commissions research, studies and focus groups to identify best-of-breed benchmarks for solving business problemsIdentifies innovations and leads “test and learn” experiments to create platform products that increase customer valueDefines and measures the KPIs for a platform productIs able to make trade-off decisions on multiple platform products in a portfolioDevelops business and platform requirements for either one platform component of a large platform product or a narrow productLeverages tools such as Ignite for reusability of APIs and platform servicesDetermines release goals for a narrow platform product or a component of a large productIdentifies best practices for continuous product development improvementAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Product Development – Owning the end-to-end process of developing critical features in agile methodology starting from drafting requirements, design, usability testing, to customer launch.  Product Management – Customer research and analysis, enhancements based on customer feedback, weekly and monthly reporting to leadership, incidents monitoring, JIRA Updates on behalf of product owner. Partnership Management – Working with internal and external stakeholders to plan the roadmap, discuss upcoming releases, review open issues, align on feature requirements, identify new opportunities, etc. Internal stakeholders include Technology, Retail Bank, Fraud, Legal/Compliance, Information Security, Marketing, Servicing Delivery and others. External stakeholders include multiple external networks supporting money movement.Analytics – Analyze product usage reports and data from multiple channels to identify customer pain points, determine the impact on the business, and influence the product roadmap and strategy.Product Strategy – Support the product owner on refining the individual product strategy based on customer behavior/needs, industry trends, competitive analysis, and product performance.Work across the digital organization and with technology partners ; build long term working relationship with all partners and functions supporting Money Movement products and servicesConduct A/B testing, Usability testing, designs, as well as use different tools digital product managers use to analyze data related to product and customer preferencesBuild products on different types of payment rails that large scale FI’s use for one of the most critical banking needs of consumers ; Work on product concepts in Digital Wallets, E-Commerce Wallets and Browser tokenizationQualifications:6+ years of experience in Product Line Management, E-Commerce, or Strategic Planning roles, with a focus on digital payment solutions.5+ years of experience collaborating with technology teams, including roles that required direct interaction with software developers and product owners.2+ years of expertise in Digital Payments, including working with platforms such as Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, or SWIFT.Proven experience in End-to-End Digital Product Management using Agile Methodologies and familiar with digital tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Asana for project tracking and collaboration.Hands-on experience with the End-to-End Implementation of Digital Experiences, from ideation to delivery, using API integrations and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.A strong track record of delivering high-quality technology products or services in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment where priorities change rapidly.Ability to maintain a balance between strategic vision and tactical execution, with skills in leveraging data-driven insights to inform product decisions.Excellent understanding of Customer Experience (CX) Principles and best practices for User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Design.Proven experience managing the lifecycle of software or technology products, including requirements definition, customer insights gathering, and roadmap development.Expertise in using SQL, Tableau, or other data analytics tools to generate insights, coupled with a strong ability to thrive in environments with incomplete information.Demonstrated skills in building and leading cross-functional teams to deliver on complex product initiatives.Ability to craft comprehensive business cases, including financial modeling and setting up Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Familiarity with both Front-End Technologies and Back-End Architecture for payments systems.Experience working with vendor risk management and business risk assessment, including collaboration with Risk and Control teams.Significant experience handling complex business models, including transactional models, subscription services, and regulatory compliance.A self-starter who can set clear goals, develop strategies, and execute with minimal oversight.Education:Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group: Technology------------------------------------------------------Job Family:Technology Product Management------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Primary Location:Irving Texas United States------------------------------------------------------Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$138,720.00 - $208,080.00In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
