Dining Room Attendant Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they walk in
- Maintain Dining Room cleanliness
- Maintain a positive attitude
- Show care during each interaction with guests and fellow team members
- Take pride and ownership in the service and food we serve
- Make Emotional Connections with Guests
- Multitask quickly yet thoroughly
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Work on their feet for several hours at a time
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Show up to work on time and willing to go above and beyond for our guests every day
- Work outside for multiple hours a day
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
- Commit to creating a positive and hospitable team culture
- Other duties as assigned
