Dining Room Host/Hostess - Chick-fil-A

At Chick-fil-A, the Dining Room role is more than just a job; it's an experience. This role is made for people who love to work quick on their feet and connect with people. This role would be a peak sales role that would be crucial when our Dining Room is at its busiest. We need detail-oriented, relational hosts/hostess to serve our guests!

Dining Room Host/Hostess Responsibilities:

• Smile
• Create and Maintain Eye Contact
• Speak Enthusiastically
• Make Emotional Connections with Guests
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Focus on cleaning tables, sweeping, wiping windows and doors, changing trash
• Connecting with guests as they dine by conversation and meeting their needs
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
