TFD Dining Room Manager
Overall Job Responsibility:
- Assist in delivering revenue and profits based on yearly budget
- Oversees daily operations and that the FOH hourly team members are performing at TFD standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests of the restaurant
- Ensures that every guest that walks through our doors has an authentic experience and feels welcome.
Daily Job Duties:
- Creates FOH hourly team member schedule, making sure to minimize overtime
- Handle all charity and donation inquiries that we are able to participate in based on our yearly budget
- Conduct initial FOH interviews and set up training schedules with new staff
- Place weekly retail and small wares orders
- Oversee FOH deep clean schedule and execution
- Health (harvard pilgrim), Dental (altus), Vision (altus) are available after 30 days of employment. Employer contributes 65% to premium
- We generally have an initial interview with either executive chef or GM, then follow shift of 3-4 hours in the restaurant followed by a sit down with the owner.
- I would say Sudbury is currently at medium volume and Easton is high volume
