Responsibilities:

• Aid residents with daily living tasks, such as personal hygiene and self-care

• Facilitate and carry out recreational, habilitative, and behavioral programs

• Dispense medication and oversee health and safety issues

• Transport residents to appointments and community events using state vehicles

• Uphold client confidentiality and comply with all relevant regulations

Qualifications:

• 6 months Direct care experience

• Must have a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation

• Caring, patient, and committed to assisting others

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
